About the author Arun Maira is Chairman, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in India. Considered one of India's leading business consulatants and thinkers, he began his career in the Tata Administrative Service and later worked in the USA with Arthur D Little Inc (ADL), the International consulting company where he was Leader of ADL's Global Organization Practice and Managing Director of Innovation Associates - an ADL subsidiary. An internationally renowned authority on leadreship, teams and organizational transformation, Arun Maira has advised clients across a wide variety of industries and in many countries on issues of strategy and organization.
